Complimentary Clarity Call: Let's chat about your current wellness and goals with an initial call. Whether you’re new to Ayurveda and natural wellness or looking to refine your existing practice, I’ll provide information on how to help you achieve your wellness goals.

 

Ayurveda Wellness Coaching Program: If you want to pursue a more in-depth health journey, choose my 6 session program. This option provides continuous support and guidance, allowing us to build a comprehensive plan and track your progress. These ongoing visits are available virtually and/or in person bi-weekly, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

 

Workshops and Keynote Speaking: (1-2 hours in length): I can visit your workplace or other community group within the (Greater Toronto Area).

I am also available virtually to give impactful advice about how to incorporate Ayurveda into ones life. 

Pitch the Poisons Audits:  I offer an audit of your household (laundry, cleaning, plastics) and personal care (make-up/fragrance, toiletries) by working with you to create an inventory and go room by room to give recommendations on removal for replacement with clean products and/or homemade products.
