As a holistic health and wellness coach, I help law enforcement professionals and shift workers reconnect with their bodies and nature through personalized Ayurvedic practices and remedies. I guide them in embracing their unique rhythm and aligning their lives with the earth’s natural cycles, fostering a deep connection that promotes wellness, resilience, and harmony with the world around them.
Meet Neelam
My journey started in England, where I was born to Punjabi immigrant parents. Growing up in Leicester with my two younger brothers, I was surrounded by community, love, food, dance and spirituality. I learned the value of hard work in our family’s textile business. After graduating from college, I moved to London for work. The following year, I relocated with my family to Ontario, Canada, where I worked at a downtown law firm and later earned a Law and Security Administration Diploma. Since 1994, I’ve served in law enforcement while raising two sons and nurturing a deep passion for wellness.
The demands of shift work have affected my health, and I’ve seen the same effects on my colleagues. This experience and my love for the power of natural healing have fueled my passion for fulfilling my dharma and studying to become a holistic health and wellness coach.
