Hello friends, thought I would give a wee update and share that at the end of January, I flew to India and spent three weeks in my ancestors homeland, travelling between the North and South ends of the country. I don't even know how many km I clocked, but every two to three days , I was in a new place, meeting new people, learning new things. The sun welcomed me with open arms and the nourishment I received was much needed.

Main highlights included: The capital Delhi, Chandigarh, visit to my cousin's homes, Amritsar to the Golden Temple, Agra to the Taj Mahal, an internal flight down to Kochi, Kerala where I explored the beach, backwaters, mountains, tea plantations, organic spice farms and of course Ayurveda treatments.

I shopped for spices, teas, herbal supplements, oils, coffee, chocolate, perfumes, beauty, oral and haircare, jewelry, leather chappals and custom made Indian clothes. Phew!

I have brought back some organic moringa and ashwaganda, bamboo toothbrushes, copper and bamboo tongue scrapers, neem wood combs and herbal hair dyes, so please reach out to me if you are local and would like to know how to get your hands on them.

I am already planning another trip and highly recommend a visit!
The pictures don't do the trip justice but here are some highlights anyway!
